Your help needed: Survey on IL Teaching

Our Chair, Jane Secker, along with one of our school library reps, Sarah Pavey, are carrying out some research into the shift to online teaching that has taken place in UK education in relation to information literacy teaching. We would be very grateful if you could complete this short survey:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1XRlZtoPKxqYLywCZhfJP_oOlQmLXRs4R0jAMx8bkAoA/edit

We will write up the findings and share them via LIS-Infoliteracy and the IL website but also are using this information to develop a new training course to share good practice. We are interested in collecting any case studies so if you have shifted your IL teaching online and would be willing to write a short case study about what has gone well (or less well) for the website please do let us know using the survey.

We really appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey when we know you are very busy. It should take no more than 10 minutes of your time and if you have any questions about it and how your data will be used please contact the CILIP Information Literacy group: https://infolit.org.uk/home/contact-us/

Many thanks for your cooperation. And don’t forget to check out our growing list of resources on COVID-19 and Information Literacy: https://infolit.org.uk/further-reading/covid-19-and-il/
