The deadline is approaching for nominations for the Information Literacy Award 2018 and the Digital Award for IL 2018. This is an exciting opportunity to shout about some of the fantastic information literacy work that either yourself or colleague(s) have been doing.
The Information Literacy Award is open to individual practitioners, researchers and academics alike, and awards outstanding practice in the field of IL. The Digital Award for IL recognises either individuals or groups who have developed a innovative or high impact digital IL educational resource.
Last year Gayner Eyre, who has helped judge for several years, gave us some advice about what makes a good application which is a must read if you are thinking of applying!
More information about eligibility and how to nominate yourself or a colleague for these awards can be found on the LILAC website. The award winners will be announced during LILAC which will take place from 4th-6th April in Liverpool this year.
The deadline for applications is Friday 23rd February, so get your nominations in now!
