Pedagogy for Librarians course

Want time to reflect on information skills teaching? Would you like a week in June at a former stately home (Northern College) in the South Yorkshire countryside reflecting on teaching and learning with other librarians? Want it to be subsidised by the ILG (only £100 including accommodation and meals)?

Then apply for a place on our residential teaching course for librarians. Places are limited, so applications will be marked and the winning candidates offered a place. More details on the application form.

To read what Laura Woods, one of the 2015 attendees, gained from the course, see her report.

      Hi,

No, I’m afraid the course will not be running in 2019, though do look out for other ILG training events, which will be promoted on here. You might also like to take a look at the “Teaching” section of this website, and to sign up for the JISC Information Literacy mailing list at: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=lis-infoliteracy.
