The CSG Information Literacy Group are pleased to announce the appointment of a new Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Information Literacy, Dr Jane Secker. Jane was a founder member of the LILAC conference, and as conference officer for the group she was responsible for devising the academic programme for the past 8 years. She has also been a member of the JIL editorial board since the Journal was founded and has a considerable publication record. Jane is currently the Copyright and Digital Literacy Advisor at LSE’s Centre for Learning Technology. She recently managed the JISC funded DELILA project and has a PhD from Aberystwyth University.
We would also like to welcome Elizabeth McCarthy and Helen Bader. Liz is Oxford University and Helen is at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama who have joined the team as copy editors. They are already busy preparing volume 6(1) for its publication in early June.
