You can now book your place at LILAC 2016! The annual information literacy conference, organised by the CILIP Information Literacy Group, has become a firm favourite in librarians’ calendars from all over the world. There is an added incentive to attend in 2016, as it is being held in the beautiful city of Dublin!
LILAC is a very friendly conference so it’s a perfect introduction if you haven’t been to a conference before. Student sponsored places and sector-specific bursaries are available (details of these will be published soon).
Four keynote speakers have already been confirmed: Nicola Witton, Alex Moseley, James Clay and Char Booth. The programme is still under development but it will include our very exciting addition to this year’s LILAC – The Lagadothon.
