Our outgoing Public Libraries rep, Jacqueline Geekie, had the following to say about the role:

“I have thoroughly enjoyed being the Public Libraries Representative on the CILIP ILG which has given so many opportunities that I wouldn’t have been exposed to otherwise.  The work has been beneficial for my own CPD and my work practices which have been enhanced by exposure to new ideas and different perspectives of Information Literacy.  I was very grateful to my employer who gave me time to be part of this group and that they also saw benefits of my time on the group.”
