Free Staffordshire Teachmeet on Information Literacy and Making Judgements

Staffordshire University Library are hosting a free Library TeachMeet event on the theme of “Information Literacy and Making Judgements: from Brexit to The White House” on Thursday 4th May.

The event will be held on Thursday 4th May from 1pm-4pm in Stoke-on-Trent and will start with a lunch sponsored by the CILIP Information Literacy Group.

Attendees are asked to consider delivering a presentation, up to 10 minutes in length, on an innovative topic in line with the theme. The number of speakers will be limited so please get your application in early if you would like to do this. Alternatively, you are welcome to attend as an enthusiastic audience member who is happy to join in the discussions, share ideas and develop learning opportunities.

The event is free but places are limited so book your ticket now to avoid disappointment!
