The CILIP Information Literacy Group Committee currently has a vacancy for Membership Secretary. This is a great opportunity to become more involved with the work of the Group, learn new skills, network, and help advocate for information literacy. This role is voluntary and you must be a member of ILG to apply.
The Membership Secretary liaises with the CILIP Membership Team, analyses membership statistics and compiles the ILG newsletter. They are the key point of contact for general and membership enquiries.

The committee meets four times a year, usually in London. Our next meeting is on the 10th June and the new appointee will be invited to attend. We also have a dedicated committee mailing list. Committee members also contribute to general committee work, subgroups, task and finish groups and projects as required.
