ILG funded research projects update

The research projects page has been updated. One project, Information Literacy for Democratic Engagement (IL-DEM), is now completed. The focus of the project was information literacy amongst those involved in hyperlocal democracy in Scotland as community councillors (the equivalent of parish councillors in England).
